Venue Rental Pricing

We offer flexible rental options to accommodate a variety of events, from small gatherings to full-day celebrations.

Full Day Rental - $700

Enjoy full access to Eternal Memories Venue from 6:00 AM to 11PM, perfect for weddings, large celebrations, receptions, and all-day events. Tables and chairs are included with your rental. The total price already includes a mandatory $100 cleaning fee for standard post-event cleaning and venue reset services. Clients are still responsible for removing all decorations, personal belongings, food, and excessive trash before departure. Additional fees may apply for damages or excessive cleaning.

Half Day Rental - $580

Enjoy 6 hours of access to Eternal Memories Venue, ideal for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, and medium-sized events. Tables and chairs are included with your rental. The total price already includes a mandatory $100 cleaning fee for standard post-event cleaning and venue reset services. Clients are still responsible for removing all decorations, personal belongings, food, and excessive trash before departure. Additional fees may apply for damages or excessive cleaning.

Hourly Rental - $90/hr

Perfect for meetings, small gatherings, pop-up events, and short celebrations. Hourly rentals include access to the venue, along with tables and chairs as needed. A mandatory $100 Cleaning Fee Add-On is required with all hourly rentals and will be added at the time of booking. This fee covers standard post-event cleaning and venue reset services. Clients are still responsible for removing all decorations, personal belongings, food, and excessive trash before departure. Additional fees may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or failure to comply with venue policies. Hourly Rental Cost: $90/hour Required Cleaning Fee Add-On: $100 per event

Important Booking Note

Please be sure to include all setup and cleanup time within your reserved rental period. Additional time may be subject to availability and extra fees.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is strictly prohibited at Eternal Memories Venue unless the $100 alcohol fee has been paid in advance. Payment of this fee does not provide alcohol — it simply allows the renter to bring and serve alcohol at their event in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The alcohol package also includes one additional hour added to your reservation time.

Any alcohol found on the premises without prior approval and payment of the fee may result in immediate removal from the venue and additional fees.
